• We have every product regularly examined by an independent laboratory in Germany: 
  • We examine the products microbiologically and for contamination by heavy metals
  • You can view the laboratory reports directly in our portal

We ship with two carriers: DHL and UPS:
The costs vary depending on the carrier.

Shipping costs DHL: €4.90 within Germany and €15.00 within Europe (EU mainland + Ireland, no islands). 
Shipping costs UPS: €4.90 within Germany and €8.00 within Europe (EU mainland + Ireland, no islands). 
Additionally, €0.60 is charged per item. 

The default carrier can be set in the Chance2Brand dashboard and will be used for all automatic orders. 

For manual orders, the carrier can be set individually. 

Orders are shipped on weekdays within 24 hours. 

The delivery time is usually 1–2 business days within Germany and 2–5 business days within Europe. 

Unfortunately, shipping to other countries is not offered.

We ship the goods on working days within 24-48h via UPS directly to your customer. Shipping is from Germany. It therefore takes 1-3 working days until the goods arrive at your customer. If your customer's delivery address is outside Germany, you should expect 3-5 working days.

Yes, there are 5 simple steps: 

1. Create a free Chance2Brand account. 

2. Install the Chance2Brand Shopify app, the function is available in your Chance2Brand dashboard. 

3. Select your desired plan in the app. 

4. Import the products into your store with one click. 

5. Start selling.

For selling dietary supplements in Europe you need an EU-registered business. Depending on the country, additional registration with the health authority is required (Food Business Operator).

Requirements vary by target market: Germany requires business registration for trading dietary supplements plus BVL registration (Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety) for each product. The Netherlands, however, do not require product registration.

Your business can be registered in any EU country.

You can commission custom formulations at Chance2Brand. Through our network of certified and experienced production partners, we can realize almost any product in the dietary supplements sector.

You need:

• A PRO subscription
• At least 250 sales monthly on your account
  • Depending on product details, a deposit / advance payment is necessary

Log into your Chance2Brand account and select "Custom Formulations" in the "Products" section. Fill out the form completely. We will first conduct a feasibility analysis and get back to you within 5 business days with further details.

Yes, you can easily design your labels:

Our labels are integrated with Canva, allowing you to edit them directly. You don't need professional design skills for this.

Currently, there are 2 options for this:

• You can use a third-party app to connect your Shopify system with another platform. The Shopify App Store offers numerous providers of various connector apps.
• Our system also provides the option to import orders via CSV/Excel. This means you can upload orders from any platform to our system at any time.

Yes, you can switch to the free version at any time. Alternatively, you can simply uninstall the Shopify app.
